OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read carefully before purchasing our services. All prices mentioned below are EXC BTW.
In this document, the terms “Bunduk” refer to Bunduk with Chamber of Commerce number: 93795106 Software ontwikkeling. The terms “you” and “your” or he/she refer to you, our customer, or anyone who uses our services. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the use of the Bunduk website, products, and services. Please read these Terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions. Bunduk is registered in the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands.
These conditions are effective from the date you first use and/or register on the Bunduk website and/or signed Bunduk service contract. The conditions may change from time to time. These terms and your agreement to the use of our services are valid until further notice.
GENERAL TERMS

1. Bunduk will start designing the website for the customer
only if:
- 1.1. The customer has provided all necessary content and images.
- 1.2. The initial payment has been made (unless otherwise agreed).
- 1.3. If the customer is located in the Netherlands and has a company also in the Netherlands, and he/she is able to provide us with KVK, in this case, he/she can pay the full amount when the website designing is finished.
- 1.4. Web designing takes 7-10 days. This is only if the customer has provided Bunduk with all the content and pictures. If not, the designing can take longer.
- 1.5. If the customer asks Bunduk to design the website on his/her hosting, read #17-3.
- 1.6. By web-designing, Bunduk means designing the website page (text with pictures) and adding social media links on the website, with creating a business email if asked. It does not include any extra functionality such as creating a booking page or photo gallery or any other web functionality that wasn’t mentioned in the plan. For extra functionality, Bunduk charges an extra amount.
- 2. The customer has to provide Bunduk with content (text and pictures) needed for the website. Bunduk may use some photos from its gallery or non-copyrighted images, and the customer is allowed to accept or reject Bunduk photos.

3. For copyright reasons and to understand what the customer
wants, the content (text) needs to be digital (not
handwritten, recorded, or screenshots) and in the required
language.
- 3.1. Bunduk has the right to refuse any text or image sent by the customer that has copyright issues.
- 4. The customer is responsible for the quality and copyright of his/her own pictures sent to Bunduk.

5. If the customer wants to update the front-end more
frequently, it will cost 50 euros (excl. BTW) per page or
update.
- 5.1. Adding new functionality to the customer’s website will incur additional charges based on the type of upgrade or change.

6. If the customer wants to transfer his/her domain from our
server to another, it is possible only if he/she has paid the
full amount of the web-designing price.
- 6.1. Our server supports only secure SSH for transferring the database of the website from our server to another. No files will be provided by transfer.

7. After Bunduk finishes the design, the customer has 14 days
to request changes. If the 14 days have passed, or the
customer has given the approval to go online, any updates and
changes will count as per #5.
- 7.2. Logo designing is not included with web designing. Bunduk can provide some basic logos for free. These logos are not custom, and there is no obligation for the customer to accept Bunduk’s logos. Bunduk will provide up to 5 free logos only after the web designing payment or first installment. The customer is allowed to send his/her own logo.
- 7.3. Bunduk will send pre-designed website and webshop photos to the customer before starting the design. The customer has to choose one of the pre-designed photos. Bunduk will then design the website/webshop exactly as per the selected photo, replacing the pre-design photos and text with the customer’s photos and text. If the customer cancels the agreement after the design is finished, they must pay the full design price.
- 7.4. Adding new sections not included in the pre-design will cost extra. The cost will vary depending on the type of addition.
- 7.5. If the customer wants their own design, they must send it in Figma or PSD format, or as a link referring to another website. The starting price will be 750 euros, and the price will vary depending on the design.
- 7.6. The customer must be clear about the design. If the customer wants to change the entire design after Bunduk has finished it, there will be an additional cost for the new design.
- 7.7. Each offer sent to the customer is valid for 30 days from the date of sending.
RENEW DOMAIN AND HOSTING PACKET
- 8. The price for monthly renewal (covering domain and hosting costs, servers, updates, and maintenance) depends on the package, starting from 20 euros.
- 9. If the customer does not pay the renewal amount, the customer will be notified and get 30 days to pay renew, if the renewal is failed/canceled, all their data (website design, emails, data, and files) will be manually removed by the server. Bunduk is not responsible for the loss of the customer’s data.
MULTI-LANGUAGE

12. Bunduk offers two methods for adding a second language to
the website/webshop:
- a. Using Google Translate (75 euros per language, one time). This is automatic translation.
- b. Redesigning in a second language. Costs vary depending on the number of pages.
BUNDUK TERMS

13. Bunduk places a "Powered by Bunduk" link as a signature on
all plans. This link is at the bottom of the site in small
size and will remain on the customer’s website. If the
customer wants the link removed, they must pay the plan price.
- 13.1. If the customer removes Bunduk’s link without permission and without paying the regular price, Bunduk reserves the right to suspend the customer’s website. To reopen the website without the link, the customer must pay the regular plan price. If the customer wants to keep the link, they must pay 250 euros as a penalty.
- 13.2. To remove the link, the customer must first send a request and prove they have paid the regular price.

14. The customer will receive the following from Bunduk with
any plan:
- Business email: info@yourdomain.nl (username, password, login link).
- We do not provide FTP, SSH, or any other kind of shell account.
- Our system does not support control panels like cPanel or DirectAdmin because we are not a hosting company.

15. If the customer requests backend access and paid the
source code price, they must sign an electronic signature to
prove the request. After that, Bunduk will provide the
username and password or send invite by email. This cancels
the free update plan, meaning the customer must make changes
themselves. If the customer needs Bunduk’s help, they will be
charged for services. Licensed products in the design are
valid only on our server; if the customer moves the design to
another server, the licensed products will become invalid.
- 15.1. Bunduk is not responsible for any damage caused by the customer to the design or website. Fixing such issues typically costs half the price of the entire website design.
- 15.2. The customer is responsible for taking backups of their website. Bunduk does not take backups of the customer’s website.

16. Bunduk provides weekly backup services (every Sunday at
12:00) for 35 euros per week. This service can be requested by
the customer.
- 16.1. After the first payment for any service, Bunduk will, manually send the customer a username and password based on their name and email or send an email invite.
- 16.2. Extra costs such as additional products, updates, adding new functionality to the customer’s website, purchasing advertising services, mobile apps, or any other extra costs not included in the package cannot be paid in installments. The customer must pay these extra costs first before Bunduk takes action.
- 16.3. Bunduk does not provide domain pointing via Nameserver or DNS Records and does not host only domains or only hosting. This is because we are not a hosting company.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENT
Installment by monthly invoice:

17. Bunduk will notify a customer three days before the debt
day via email about the monthly installment amount.
- 17.1. If you are on a monthly installment direct debit plan with Bunduk, do not reverse or chargeback the transaction that comes from our collector ID. If you do so, an amount of €35 will be added to the monthly installment amount as a chargeback fee.
DOMAIN
- 18. If the customer asks Bunduk to buy a domain name and wants to use email without web designing, the customer needs to pay for email services (renew domain) before using the email(s).
- 19. The domain name purchased by the customer from Bunduk cannot be refunded if the customer no longer wants it.
- 20. After the initial registration of a domain, the domain can be transferred to another registrar after a waiting period of 120 days.
PAYMENT PROCESSING AND SUBSCRIPTION
- 21. Bunduk uses Stripe for all invoices and payments.
- 22. There is a monthly subscription fee for each package, which is separate from the regular price of the package. This fee covers the domain, hosting, server costs, and maintenance.
- 23. Once the user starts paying the subscription, they must continue paying it until the service is delivered. If the user cancels the subscription before delivery, they must pay the full package amount.
- 24. When the user wants to stop the subscription, Bunduk will cease providing support and will stop the servers.
- 25. The price listed for the package is a starting price. The final cost may increase based on the specific requirements and additional services requested.
LAST UPDATE
Last update: 15-07-2024. Bunduk reserves the right to update
these conditions based on new situations.
